APPOINTMENTS
To schedule an appointment for immigration and visa related questions, please follow the instructions below:
- Visit mySuccess
- Login with your UWin ID and password
- Select“International and Exchange” and click “Appointments”
- Select “Book by Appointment Provider”
- Choose the date and time you would like to meet
IMPORTANT:
- Each appointment is 15/20 mins in length. It should provide enough time to review a study/work/visa application for a single applicant or provide an overview about the application process for study permit TRV, PGWP, Coop work permit, US visa or inviting family members to Canada. If you have more complicated issues or want to submit an application for you and your family, you can book two appointments back to back (30 mins).
- Arrive on time for your appointment. Please bring your passport, Temporary Resident Visa (entry visa), study permit, and work permit (if available) when you visit us for immigration advising.
- Please note all of our appointments currently are offered virtually through Teams
EXCEPTIONS
You don’t need any appointments if you are in one of following situations:
- Study permit has expired
- Study permit will be expired in ONE month
- Study permit/work permit application is refused
- TRV is expired and you need to leave Canada within ONE month
- Your study permit/passport is stolen, lost, or destroyed
- You are asked to withdraw from your program
IMPORTANT: You will be required to present your study/work permit, passport, and/or other supporting documents as the proof of urgency to the ISC front desk.
